Did you purchase a ticket on Ticketzeta or one of its affiliated sales pages but can no longer attend the event? Ticketzeta allows you to resell the tickets you’ve bought!

Timing
The resale period, shown on the event page and in your personal area, is set by the event organizer and may change for organizational reasons.
Cost
The resale service has a fee of €5.00 per ticket.
How it Works
To use the resale service, you must be registered on the site (or on one of the affiliated sales pages). Once logged in, go to the “My Orders” section, select the relevant order, choose one or more tickets to resell, and follow the instructions provided.
Conditions
The resale will only be successful if another user purchases your ticket. If the resale is completed, the seller will receive an email notification with the resale details and refund timing. The resold ticket will be canceled and no longer valid for event entry; any attempt to enter with an invalid ticket will be legally pursued.
If the ticket is not purchased by the resale deadline, the resale will be considered unsuccessful, and the ticket will remain valid for event entry. In this case, you may still request a name change as long as it is within the timeframe specified by the organizer.
