Terms and Conditions of Purchase

The general conditions of this document regulate the relationships between Ticketzeta by UNIBLANCO SRLS, the holder of the sites ticketzeta.it, ticketzeta.com, and myticketzeta.it, the organizers of entertainment and show events (hereinafter referred to as "Organizers"), and the users who intend to purchase tickets (hereinafter referred to as "User").

The system, approved by the Italian Revenue Agency and SIAE, allows for the sale and distribution, including outsourcing, of access tickets for entertainment and show events, using local ticketing stations through third parties, online, and via the Internet.

UNIBLANCO SRLS has an extensive commercial network, so all users with a personal computer can connect to the Ticketzeta website and use the ticketing service from their homes to purchase and receive tickets, subscriptions, or other services electronically for a variety of events (such as trade fairs, sports events, casinos, theater, concerts, museums, nightclubs…), without additional telephone or shipping costs for the tickets. The user who purchases the ticket will receive it with all the required fiscal information and will be able to access the event directly.

The validity of the ticket will be electronically checked at the event entrance; access will not be granted to those with a ticket that has been previously used, copied, or deemed invalid.

1. Service Description
UNIBLANCO SRLS provides an outsourced service to organizers of entertainment and show events for the presale and distribution of access tickets.
The events listed on ticketzeta.it, ticketzeta.com, and myticketzeta.it are organized and managed directly by the respective Organizers. By purchasing the access ticket, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms and conditions.
UNIBLANCO SRLS reserves the right to modify or supplement these regulations as needed. The updated version is always available on ticketzeta.it, ticketzeta.com, and myticketzeta.it.

2. Registration
To purchase access tickets via ticketzeta.it, ticketzeta.com, and myticketzeta.it, the user must register if explicitly required by applicable laws (e.g., secondary ticketing, sporting events).
Upon completing the registration, the system will send a confirmation email along with verification of the information provided.

3. Purchase Methods
Payment can be made by credit card or prepaid card through the secure Stripe payment system.

4. Data Security
During the payment process, the credit card number is protected as the connection to the bank's server occurs through a secure transmission protocol based on SSL3 with 128-bit encryption keys. Upon completing the payment transaction, the user will see the result and receive a confirmation email. This system maximizes the protection of the purchaser’s credit card data as the information does not pass through the Ticketzeta website (ticketzeta.it, ticketzeta.com, and myticketzeta.it).

5. Ticket Delivery and Event Access
After purchasing the ticket, the user will receive a confirmation email and payment receipt at the provided address, as well as an email or SMS with the ticket in PDF format or, if applicable, details for collection at the venue or shipment via courier.
All users must present a valid ticket to access the event. The ticket grants access only to the event for which it was issued, on the date and time specified.
The Organizer has the right to deny entry in case of irregularities with the ticket or purchase confirmation, or if either is lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged, or even partially unreadable. The Organizer may also conduct personal security checks.

6. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal and Prohibition of Purchase Cancellation
Pursuant to Article 55, paragraph 1, letter b) of Legislative Decree of October 6, 2005, no. 206 (the "Consumer Code"), the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL under Articles 64 et seq. of the same code is NOT APPLICABLE.
By accepting these general service terms and successfully completing the purchase, the user expressly acknowledges, agrees, and accepts that UNIBLANCO SRLS, acting on behalf of third-party Organizers, IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO REFUND OR REPLACE PURCHASED TICKETS.

7. Cancelled or Postponed Events
In the event of a CANCELED EVENT, UNIBLANCO SRLS, according to the procedures and timeline decided by the Organizer (who is solely responsible for the event), commits to refunding the ticket price (excluding presale fees and any commissions) only if UNIBLANCO SRLS has been specifically delegated to issue the refund and provided the necessary funds by the Organizer.
The customer is entitled to a refund of the ticket price only if it was purchased through one of our official sales channels: on our website or from an affiliated reseller.
UNIBLANCO SRLS still retains the right to keep the presale fee where applicable.
In any case of cancellation or postponement of the event, the customer may contact the Organizer to assert their rights.

8. Limitation of Liability and UNIBLANCO SRLS's Rights Regarding Events
UNIBLANCO SRLS provides the ticket sales service and is not responsible for refunding the ticket cost, either in full or in part, before, during, or after the event.
Therefore, any refund requests sent to UNIBLANCO SRLS will not be considered. UNIBLANCO SRLS cannot be held responsible for any changes or cancellations in the event schedule.
UNIBLANCO SRLS is not liable for any inconveniences caused to the user, nor is it required to refund the ticket price for event cancellation, postponement, or changes.
UNIBLANCO SRLS is not responsible for direct or indirect damages related to the organization of individual events.
Lastly, UNIBLANCO SRLS reserves the right to cancel any order where payment was not correctly processed. Users are encouraged to verify the event schedule on the Organizer’s official website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is concluded in Italy and is subject to Italian law. Any disputes will be exclusively handled by the court of Agrigento.

Users can request information, send communications, or file complaints by contacting customer service at info@ticketzeta.com.
